Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original Paul Rich presentation box with all protective films and tags intact, ensuring it is securely packed in the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop verifies the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
